BORROWER’S INSURANCE

COVERAGE

The assurance of the loan payment in favor of the Creditor in case of:

- accidental death of the Insured Borrower; or

- complete permanent invalidity of the Insured Borrower as a consequence of the accident occurrence

CLAIM DOCUMENTS

- Original insurance policy

In case of accidental death

- birth certificate of the Insured;

- death certificate of the Insured;

- medical-legal report on the date and the cause of the death;

- every necessary document for the identification of the beneficiary and the verification of the responsibility of the Insurer to pay;

- documents verifying the amount of compensation that the Insurer has to pay;

- official notification or a report given by the authorities for the accident, the circumstances, damages and the consequences;

- Autopsy report.

In case of total permanent invalidity

- Medical report from the corresponding authorities to define the insured invalidity
