PUPILS AND STUDENTS INSURANCE FROM PERSONAL ACCIDENTS
COVERAGE
For pupils/students
- Expenses of the medical treatment in all sanitary entities;
- Expenses for the medicaments used out of the sanitary entities;
- Total or partial Permanent Invalidity;
- Death or disappearance caused by the accident..
- For parents/legal tutor:
- Temporary invalidity;
- Death or disappearance caused by the accident;
- To the payment of the premium defined in the Insurance Policy.
The Co-insured are at the same time Co-beneficeries for the compensation that derivates from the verification of the insurance case. This insurance contract covers the consequences of the accident that happens to the co-insured during the period of the coverage signed on the policy and the determination of this contract.
CLAIM DOCUMENTS
- Original insurance policy;
- Immediate notification of the insurer.
The notification is called immediate:
a - within the day, when there is the physical condition to make such a notification;;
b - within 48 hours, from the moment of having the possibility of making this notification.
If the above notification is not written, the notification of the accident (in written form) must be sent to the Insurer within 14 days.
- The documents for the verification of the accident from the competent organs;
- The sanitary organs documentations of the health condition of the insured and the original invoices of the medical expenses.
