GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE

The insurer offers coverage for the loss and damages of the goods in the transit, means of treading or to be transferred to new owners.

On this purpose the insured should have insured interest on the insured object, at the moment of the damage.

About the ship:

- crash with any other external object except water;

- loss of the goods because of the cargo throwing to lighten the ship;

- trespass of the water (sea, lake, river water) in the ship, garner, container, or the stored place for the insured object

About the vehicles moving on and off rails

- crash;

- getting off the road and overturn;

- derailment

Total loss or damage of every package during the embarkation or debarkation on or off the ship, or any other vehicle or vessel.

Aircrafts

- the occurrence of every extraordinary incident

Level C of coverage

- fire, explosion;

- accident of vehicles moving on and off the rails, vessels, aircrafts, major forces;

About the ship

- beach, lock on the sand, shallow, tilt;

- crash with any other external object excepting water;

- disembarkation of the floating cargo in the fortuneless shore

- the immolation of the general failure;

- loss of the stocks because of the cargo jettisoning to attenuate the ship;

- trespass of the water (sea, lake, river water) in the ship, garner, container, or the stored place for the insured object

About the vehicles moving on and off rails

- crash;

- getting off the road and overturn;

- derailment.

- the occurrence of every extraordinary incident

• marine protest of the ship’s captain
• authority’s report of the occurrence and the circumstances of the incident

• expert or supervisor’s report when it is different from that of the Insurer
• monetary value of damage
• charge-sheet of reappraisal of damaged goods still usable etc.
