WITH BORDER POLICIES

COVERAGE

Border insurance covers the motoric vehicle liability of the driver with foreign number plate for (material or non material) damages, caused to the third parties during the circulation inside the Republic of Albania territory.

This policy is issued for the vehicles with foreign number plate that in the moment of entering in Albania don’t possess the Green Card from a foreign insurance company.

The insurance price (premium) is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance. Now, effective are the determined prices by the Order No. 70, dated 20.07.2007 shown below:

CLAIM DOCUMENTS

• Insurance policy
• Road Circulation Policy charge sheet of the accident’s place
• The declaration of who caused the damages;
• The declaration of who endured the damages
• The expert evaluation for the vehicle and healthy damages, if there is any, etc;
• Doctor’s report for the health damages.
