THIRD PARTY LIABILITY OBLIGATORY INSURANCE
OF THE MOTORIC VEHICLE HOLDERS - DMTPL
COVERAGE
The Insurer covers the liability of the user (holder) of the motor vehicle registered in Albania, against thirr partie for:
- The death, health damage and property damage caused by the sage of the motor vehicle, excluding the damages in goods during the transit.
The price (premium) of insurance is approved by the annual Order of Ministry of Finance.
Actually are applied the proces defined by Order no. 70, dated 20.07.2007, as following:
CLAIM DOCUMENTS
- The notification of the Insurer within 72 hours from finding out the damage or the incident;
- Vehicles insurance policies involved in the road accident;
- The ascertainment charge sheet of the breaking the rules of the Road Circulation Policy;
- The outline of the incident;
- Deklarata e drejtuesit shkaktar tė dėmit;
- Circulation vehicles documents and the driving license of the drivers;
- The photographs of the vehicle that caused the damage.
