LIABILITIES INSURANCE

Liabilities insurance covers the civil liabilities of the physical or juridical persons to the third parties, for material or non material damages, caused from their licensed activity operation (production, construction and services).

Positively this insurance policy covers:

a. Health claims caused to the third parties, meaning the death, illness and/or the injury causing full or partial temporary or permanent inability including medical expenses for the curing.

b. Property losses caused to the third parties such as:

- physical damage or destruction of the property including the loss of the real rights resulting from this;

- intervention and violationof the property rights or of the others real rights without physical damage of the property.

c. Expenses and legal costs made by the insured for his interest assertion during the trial, preliminarily approved from the Insurer.

CLAIM DOCUMENTS

- indemnity request, accompanied by the Final Court Decision for the insurance case,

- the report on the Insured liabilities and the indemnity sum.
