PRIORITIES

  • Continuous Company’s image strengthening, its operation as a solid and reliable entity. In this context, during the first 5 years of the activity, the increase of its presence in the Albanian insurance market, not less than 2% per year, remains a strong and effective alternative.;
  • The creation of an efficient, qualitative and significant service system for the clients, through permanent and essential changes in the professional education and in the administration schemes;
  • The increasing of the Company potentials; the creation and the strengthen of the technical reserves portfolio, as an inevitability of the increasing gamma of products that shall be issued into the market;
  • The improvement of the infrastructure due to the primary directions of the activity; prior the gradual passing toward an integrated computing system;
  • The guarantying of an optimal equilibrium between the compulsory insurance products and voluntary ones, with the tendency that the income from voluntary insurance lines to be the determinative direction of the business politics, during the second year and after;
  • The increasing and stabilization of the products distribution system, the identification and stregthening of the agent institution, especially in the conditions of the extension of the services gamma and primarily for the voluntary products. The increasing stimulation of the agents system through the incentives financial forms promotion on the product selling;
  • Structure regionalizing process incorporation and further perfection of the directive system through simplification and/or organigramma eventual differences. Proffesional and well - known in the respective area cadre induction, aiming the preparation of competent staff and complex and multiple plane experienced in the insurance area;
  • The increasing of the efficiency and the perfection of present business lines and at the same time through operational-dynamics acts the preparing of the proper territory for the gradual passing even to the other lines of products handling;
  • The increasing of the efficiency on assets managing, the structure improvement of investments’ portfolio, by putting at the first place the portfolio diversification and the minimizing of the investment risk;
  • Portfolio complement of Non Life insurance (the issuing of the insurance product classified under class 14 “Credit Insurance” and class 16 “Several Financial Losses”);
  • The extension of the territorial map, with clear tendencies for successful knock and action in the regional insurance market. After Macedonia, prior Montenegro and Kosovo;
  • The licensing of the activity in Life Insurance area (Albania, Macedonia during years 2008-2009, and in Montenegro and Kosovo after year 2010);
  • The licensing for Reinsurance activity;

    Concretization of the above objectives requires too much investments, therefore our aim is the partnership with powerful subjects in the insurance area and/or in financial activities.

  • The increasing capacities and the potential of the market (as a result of culture increasing in insurance area and the tendencies strengthen for the extension of compulsory product gamma);

    We emphasize that the products are qualitative and really harmonized with the consumers’ needs and the insurance market features.
